Terms of delivery
The products in the online store are sold by Bifrost LLC. Bifrost LLC reserves its right to change prices.
Product pictures are selected in such a way that they describe the product and its color as closely as possible. The colors and their shades may vary depending on computer monitors.
Placing an order
The products are mainly being ordered online, through the online store at www.zpcompression.us. All orders are being confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, the delivery costs and the products ordered. Order confirmation requires a notification of a valid e-mail address in connection with the order. Through your user account at Zero Point’s website you can check the contents of the order.
By placing an order the customer agrees to the valid terms and conditions, which apply to all the products delivered from Zero Point’s online store. These terms and conditions are valid, if the customer and Bifrost LLC have not agreed to other conditions.
Methods of payment
In the online store you can use the following payment options:
- Credit card
You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard. The payment takes place at the website of Stripe.
Time of delivery
Orders are being delivered by mail within 5-7 business days.
If there is changes or delays in the delivery times, we are going to contact you personally by e-mail or phone to inform about them.
UPS Ground. We try our best to keep the online store storage up to date, but if your order does not match the available storage amounts for some reason, we are going to contact you by e-mail or phone and inform you about that.

Exchange and return policy
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it or exchange it for another product within 14 days. It is required that the product is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
Please notify us in advance about the customer return or exchange by e-mail at email@example.com. Please attach your name, address, phone number, bank account information (if needed) and a copy of the order confirmation / shipment list (if needed). Ask a receipt of the return shipment from the post office.

We refund the purchase price to the account given by you. If you pay in whole or in part with a gift card, we refund the original amount of the gift card in the form of gift card and any difference to the account given by you.
In case of exchange the new products are being shipped, when we receive the returning ones. We do not accept items for return or exchange after 14 days from the delivery.
If the ordered product is incorrect or damaged, or there are missing items, please report it immediately by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please check the condition of the products you have ordered as soon as they arrive. Defective product can be returned or exchanged at no cost as a customer return. Our responsibility for a defective product is limited to the maximum of purchase price paid by the customer for the product. If the package has been damaged in the mail and there is missing items / defective products, make a complaint directly to the post, preferably immediately when you pick up the package.
